This isn’t coaching or vague advice — it’s a diagnostic strategy call designed to bring clarity, structure, and practical next steps to your business. Together, we’ll: Review your current sales framework and performance. Pinpoint inefficiencies and hidden opportunities. Outline a high-level roadmap to move from chaos to a scalable system. You’ll leave with clear, actionable insights — and, if needed, a pathway to implement AO Systems’ proven methodology.
Cancellation Policy
🔹 Booking Availability We offer a limited number of diagnostic, strategy, and onboarding calls each week to ensure high-quality service delivery. Time slots are released 2–3 weeks in advance. 🔹 Confirmation & Rescheduling All sessions must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Need to reschedule? You can do so up to 12 hours before your session using the reschedule link in your confirmation email. 🔹 No-Show & Late Policy If you're more than 10 minutes late, your session may be cancelled or shortened. No-shows will not be refunded or rebooked without a new payment. 🔹 Paid Bookings (Where Applicable) Diagnostic or strategy sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Retainer clients may use dedicated time slots as part of their plan. 🔹 Cancellations To cancel with a refund (if applicable), please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
